Our reporting and analytics provides a high-level view of your campaign results, plus the ability to drill-down into the details. The more you know about your customers, the more you can refine your email campaigns to deliver relevant and effective messages with increased conversions, decreased unsubscribes, and increased ROI.

Open, Read, and Click-Through Rates - Our powerful tracking and analytical engine gives you both summary and detail views of opens, reads, and click-throughs for each campaign.

Campaign and Message Level Reporting - Enhanced reporting that shows results grouped by campaign so you can see the totals at a glance, with the ability to expand the results and drill down to the individual message level. The export functionality of reports allows you to choose from plain text, Microsoft Excel, or XML.

Google Analytics Integration - Integrated with Google Analytics, our Platform ties information, such as goal conversion or average amount of page views, back to a specific email address or campaign. Geographical Tracking and Targeting - Track campaign performance data by plotting open, read, and click-through data on a geographical map. Geo-tracking is built into our Platform allowing you to visually identify campaign performance on geographical maps.

Heat Maps – show a copy of your email with an overlay of click amounts by heat index color giving you a snapshot of click activity. This provides a quick way to see how your audience is interacting and which links generate the most activity.

Visual Overlay of Click-Through Data - Click performance data is plotted on top of the actual email campaign so you can see which sections of the campaign performed better than others.

Campaign Bounce Report - Our Platform contains two reports that show which recipients are bouncing as well as overall bounce rates for all campaigns with the ability to drill down to see what type of bounce is being generated (hard or soft bounce), as well as the full bounce description. It also shows a view of your bounce rates across all unique domains on your list so you can quickly spot any ISP issues.
